I bought these so that I could pair them with a dress for my daughter's 1 year birthday party. They are super cute (cuter than the pics show) and several people commented on them at her party. Just be aware that they are not really too warm because the pattern is such that there are small holes all over. It was great for us in the fall and plus she wore a long dress. But if you get these with a shorter dress in the winter time, your kid may be cold Also, per the suggestions I got 1 size up and it fit PERFECT. I got 12-24 months and they fit her JUST right, with not much room to spare although she is in the 95% of height and weight.
