Johnnie O is my husband’s favorite brand. He’s between a 33 and 34 and wearing a 33. He wasn’t crazy about the cut or fit through the rear and thighs. They’re really well made and may be a better fit on someone else though.First off, these have odd number widths, which a lot of companies don't have. The 35 fits me perfectly, as I hate wearing belts. The material is super lightweight, making these ideal for hot weather wear. They also have a look from casual to dress. Very solid pair of pants. Only complaint: They don't come out wrinkle free, after drying.Designer Johnnie-O has taken a comfortable and tapered leg jean and put a performance fabric in them. Performance fabric that is cooling and with a little stretch that is normally found in golf and athletic wear. These are jeans that can be worn everywhere you may not normally take jeans because the fabric does not scream ultra-casual as it shows no fading or aging. But that is between you and the pants while you still enjoy the comfort and fit of jeans with the bonus of the cooling properties of the performance fabric. They run very true to size and have no crease. Bear in mind that they are 100% polyester and will not shrink. Contrary to the copy on the item page, they do not look like khaki’s at all because there is a soft sheen to the fabric that is characteristic of performance fabric. The wrinkles from being new easily released after an initial gentle wash and low heat drying. These are low maintenance.Deeply appreciated is that Johnnie-O did not put a logo anywhere on the outside of the garment.Comfort, coolness, true to size and easy care make these recommended. The picture shows the fit of 33 waist, 32 inseam on a 5’11” 155 pound frame.I got these pants primarily to wear to the office. They are very comfortable and similar to pants from Birddogs & Lululemon. They are made with a nice fabric that breathes well and provides enough stretch so you can move your legs freely and can even squat down without any issues. I ordered my regular pant size and they fit exactly how I expected them to. I will note that on the Johnnie-O website it advised me to order 2 sizes up, which I am glad that I did not because I feel like they would have been falling down if I had done that. The color in the picture was an accurate representation of the color received. Overall they are good quality pants and I will definitely consider getting another pair. These are beautiful pants. Fit and hang is perfect, i'm 6'2 185 and ordered the 34. Material is a thicker material, but light weight and cool to wear. I will admit they are expensive, but they are quality pants. love themAs someone who prefers relaxed fit clothes these are a bit of a change.Wrinkle-free and stretchy - these feel almost like wearing fitness pants…accept they look like slacks. The fit might be snug but it isn’t obscene. The comfort is such that you could easily wear these with a sports jacket to the office. At $135 MSRP these aren’t for everyone but they are worth a try.My husband looks incredible in these and honestly I am very impressed with the quality of the material. I just wished they had more leg lengths available! These are very nice, great looking ‘performance’ pants. The fabric is high quality with just the right amount of stretch and the stitching is perfect. For size reference my fiancé is 6’6”, 220 lbs and is wearing the 34 x 34’s in the Stone color. They are true to size, he loves that they are long enough for him and said they’ll be great for him to wear for work as well. He likes them so much that he wants a black pair too!I would consider them on the slim fit side which is the popular style right now so if you you want them roomier you may want to order up in size. There is a hidden zipper pocket inside one of the back pockets, if you don’t want to carry a whole wallet you could put a credit card or cash in that zip pocket without fear of it falling out when you sit, smart feature!
